We offer our clients a maintenance management service on completion of a project. Where possible the same team will return to the property bringing with them their personal knowledge and experience of the original build.
By offering this level of maintenance the risk of any system failure in the property is greatly reduced. Often, as a condition of the warranty, manufacturers insist on a maintenance schedule to ensure their warranty remains valid. It also enables your property to remain as pristine as the day you took occupation.
Whether it is testing smoke and fire alarms, servicing boilers and A/C systems, or simply cleaning out the gutters, we offer a bespoke and detailed maintenance schedule specifically to suit each property.
