Similar to keyhole surgery, inspection apertures are opened in plasterboard and ceilings.

This allows for a full investigation and evaluation of the inadequacies present.

Lack of fire bridging between corridors and apartment interiors.

Inadequate or missing collars and gaps in service letterboxes.

Remediation

We undertake all Fire Compartmentation Remediation works resulting from a Fire Consultants inspection. We also keep full photographic records of all works, which are tagged and logged upon completion.

Full remediation can be completed via inspection apertures, without further removal of partitions or plasterboard.

Inspection apertures remain open post remediation for inspection by the fire safety engineer.

Following repair and remediation, everything is restored back to it’s original appearance.

The Drumlargan Construction team have many years of experience when it comes to offering applicators for passive fire protection solutions that generate real results.
