Refurbishment of an existing office space benefiting the tenant with all the advantages of moving to a new office without the relocation hassles and costs. Work included extensive fit-out and remodelling of shared space, foyer and common areas. We were required to ensure that all disruptive activities took place after normal working hours or at weekends, guaranteeing noise and disturbance were kept to an absolute minimum.
