This project for Butlers Chocolate involved construction and project management of a two storey 5000 sq.m custom built extension, comprising; A reception area, multiple open office spaces, a canteen facility and a gym.

The company produces luxury chocolates and operates the Butlers Chocolate Café chain in Ireland. Butlers Chocolates are exported to 40 countries. With over 400 employees, it is one of the top 700 companies in Ireland.
